Where is The Mansion House located?
The Mansion House is located at Sasawane, Alibaug, approximately 5 minutes from Mandwa Jetty and around 20 minutes from Mumbai by speedboat.
What is the maximum event capacity?
Depending on the event format, the venue can host approximately 250–300 guests for social events while accommodating overnight stays for guests in its 25 rooms.
Do you allow single–couple room booking?
No. We provide our property only for events and bookings above 10 rooms or 20 guests.
How far is Mandwa Jetty?
Around 5 minutes by road.
Do you provide jetty transfers?
Yes. Pickup and drop from Mandwa Jetty can be arranged. Complimentary in selected corporate packages.
How many rooms do you have?
25 luxury rooms and suites.
Can the entire property be booked exclusively?
Yes. Exclusive buyouts are available for corporate offsites, destination weddings and private celebrations. We allow only one group at a time in our property.
How big is your conference space?
Our Lakeside Lounge is approx. 3500 Sq ft, while the estate offers multiple indoor and outdoor meeting spaces for larger groups.
What conference facilities are available?
Projector, PA system, handheld microphone, presentation pointer, Wi-Fi, stationery and conference seating. Additional AV equipment can be arranged.
Do you have corporate meal packages?
Yes. We currently offer Executive Package and Presidential Package. Both include breakfast, lunch, hi-tea and dinner with varying levels of menu customisation and inclusions.
Can an emcee be arranged?
Yes. Professional emcees can be arranged at an extra cost.
Can you arrange team building activities?
Yes. Indoor and outdoor activities, wellness sessions and entertainment can be customised.
Do you offer corporate packages?
Yes. Executive and Presidential corporate packages are available with accommodation, meals and meeting facilities.
What room categories are available?
Guests can choose from Sky Deck Rooms, Palm Court Rooms and Cabana Cove Rooms, spread across two floors.
Can menus be customised?
Yes. Indian, Oriental, Continental, Jain, Vegan and special dietary menus are available.
Can alcohol be served?
Yes, subject to Maharashtra Excise rules and permits.
Can we bring our own liquor?
Yes. Valid permits and corkage charges apply.
Do you provide bartenders?

Yes. Glassware, bartenders, mixers, ice, garnishes and complete bar operations can all be arranged.
Can we bring our own DJ?
Yes. Required music licences such as Novex/PPL will apply.

Outdoor music is permitted until 9:30 PM as per regulations.
